UTA will host the 2005 Movin' Mavs Cross Country on Saturday, Sept. 10 at Vandergriff Park, 2801 Matlock Road. The meet traditionally serves as a warm-up meet for the UIL Region II Cross Country Championships in October each year. The meet will also include a university men's and women's division this year.

The university women's race is two miles, the university men will run four miles while the high school girls race two miles and the prep boys five kilometers.

The rolling time schedule begins at 8:30 a.m.
