Arlington, Texas - After two rounds of golf at the Squire Creek Invitational in Ruston, La, the Mavericks sit in 14th place out of 16 teams on Monday. UTA will play the final round today with a shotgun start at the Squire Creek Golf Course.
LSU leads the pack finishing with a two-round team score of 567 while University of New Orleans (567), University of Louisville (572), Louisiana-Lafayette (574) and University of Nevada (574) round out the top five spots.
Zack Fischer recorded a 34th place showing after two-rounds of action finishing with a score of 146 (74-72) while Bobby Massa stands in 45th place with a two-round tally of 147 (74-73).
Bryce Easton finished in 54th place with a two-round score of 149 (71-78) while Michael Van deVenter sits in 62nd place with a score of 150 (77-73) and Kevin Varrichio finished in 81st place with a tally of 154 (79-75).
