Arlington, Texas - The UT Arlington women's tennis team continues action in Waco, Texas with senior Daiana Negreanu looking to win the USTA/ITA Regional Championship singles consolation bracket tomorrow.

With only one loss in the tournament, Negreanu has rolled by her opponents going 5-0. The senior began the consolation bracket with a 6-3, 6-3 win over Natalie Petaia of Sam Houston State. She then moved to the second round with a bye.

In the third round, she recorded a 6-1, 6-0 win over Mia Matuszak of TAMU-CC then followed with a quarterfinal win over UNT's Amy Joubert, 6-0, 7-5.

Negreanu recorded a semifinal win over TCU's Idunn Hertzberg and scored a finals win against nationally ranked opponent Jessica Jackson of Rice, 7-5, 6-1.

Tomorrow everything will be on the line when the senior will face UNT's Paula Dinuta at 11 a.m.
