ARLINGTON, Tex. - Reporter Morganne Stewart of UTAMavs.com met up with Christy Driscoll to find out a little more about the junior volleyball player.

What is your favorite food? "I am a bottomless pit when it comes to food. My favorite food is tacos."

What is your major and what do you want to do for a career? "My major is kinesiology and I am going to Texas Women's in Dallas to learn psychical therapy."

What's your favorite sweet food? "My favorite sweet is Special K bars, the ones with peanut butter, the Special K cereal and chocolate."

What is something people don't know about you? "In volleyball rosters I am 6-foot-1 and in real life I am 6-foot."

What is your family like? "I am the third out of four kids, and my family is really close."

Who is your favorite non-UTA sports team? "I am a huge Longhorns fan."

What is your favorite sport to watch? "I like to watch any sport but can't watch football because of volleyball."

What is your favorite place to shop? "My favorite store is Target. It is hard for me to spend money."

What is your favorite song? "I don't have a favorite song but I like country. Some of my favorite bands are the Eli Young Band and the Zack Brown Band."

What is your favorite book? "My favorite book is the Power of One. We watched the movie in high school and then I read the book. I am just a really big nerd."

Since you're in-season, you don't have a lot of time off. What would you do with a Saturday off? "If I had a Saturday off, I would sleep in, go out to eat, do homework and hang out with my boyfriend."

Do you own a pet? "I will probably have a dog one day but I have never owned an animal unless you count outside cats."

What is your favorite quote? "My favorite quote is 2 Timothy 1:7: `For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.'"

What are your favorite TV shows? "My favorite TV shows are Gossip Girls, Teen Mom and The Real Housewives."

Who is your role model? "My role model is my sister. She is basically perfect. She is outgoing, nice, good at sports, really smart and does things she wants to. I look exactly like her so everyone would call me by her name."

What's your favorite movie? " Tommy Boy."

What would be the perfect date? "The perfect date night would be going to Texas de Brazil for dinner."

Where would you like to ultimately live? "I don't think I would want to live anywhere expect Texas."

What are your favorite vacation spots? "My family vacations during the summer in Minnesota and Colorado. We never could vacation in the winter because my brother played basketball."

What is your favorite color? "Pink."
