Former UTA men's basketball standout Brandon Edwards has signed to play with Hapoel Galil Elion of Israel's National League, according to team reports.  Last season, the Fort Worth native played for Salon Vilpas in Finland and averaged 9.6 points and 6.9 rebounds in 29 games.  The team won its league's regular season title and advanced to its postseason tournament final.

Edwards also played 14 games for Cretan Kings in Greece and has played for two teams in Spain during his professional career.
