Coach Peejay Brun Announces Signing Class

ARLINGTON – UT Arlington coach Peejay Brun announced the 2018 signing class on Wednesday with an exciting group to bolster the Maverick lineup for years to come.

"I'm really excited for this incoming class," Brun said. "They are all extremely competitive and ready to get here. As a recruiter, we were looking for people who were going to add depth and competitiveness to the program and I believe we've found a good mixture."

A part of the group are five from the state of Texas, while also including additions from Oklahoma and Iowa.

Jadyn Erickson (Pleasant Hill, Iowa)

Brun on Gonzalez: "Anjelica comes to us an all-around athlete. She's aggressive on the corner and is a consistent line drive hitter. Her small status can be deceiving as she does have home run power too."

Brun on Hukill: "I met Reagan soon after I started at UTA and I'm so glad that her commitment stayed true to the program. She has a great arm and surprising power at the plate. Look for her to be battling for a starting spot next year."
