PAYSON, Arizona – UT Arlington men's golf concluded play Saturday to wrap the second round of the
WAC Men's Golf Championships from Chaparral Pines in Payson, Arizona. Sophomore
Michael Chevalier paced the day for the Mavs and is in 23
rd place individually following his +4 76 on Saturday.
The Grapevine, Texas, native birdied on three occasions, on Nos. 2, 12 and 14, and carded pars on 10 other holes. He is nine-over for the event, having shot a 77 on Friday during the opening round.
The Mavs, who are in ninth in the team competition, continue play with the third and final round Sunday, and the Mavs are set to tee off beginning at 10:30 a.m. CT.
