Michella Gaiser enters her second year as the Maverick Club/External Affairs Coordinator at UT Arlington in 2010-2011. Gaiser came to UT Arlington after serving as the Assistant Director of the Mean Green Club and Director of Junior Mean Green Club for two years at the University of North Texas.

Gaiser graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2006 and later earned her master's degree in sports management and recreational and leisure studies from North Texas.
