We recognize the importance of our Athletic Alumni to our entire athletic department, the individual sport programs, and the current student-athletes. Our goal is to preserve your legacy and enhance the future for future Mavericks following in your footsteps. After all, playing a sport at UT Arlington or Arlington State College is so much more than just being on a team for your college career. Being a Maverick is FOREVER. Our athletes, past and present, blaze paths in academics and their careers, the College Park Center and the "stage" at Texas Hall, and the community, Arlington or wherever you call home.
UTA Athletic Alumni are invited to remain involved with your sport, reconnect with old teammates, and support the Athletic Department by joining the Maverick Club and attending events such as:
- Homecoming
- Sport Specific Alumni Weekends/Reunions
- Sport Specific Banquets and Fundraisers
- Hall of Honor
- And our current games
Athletic Alumni can get 1 complimentary ticket to all home games for the sport you participated in. To claim your ticket, please complete the ticket request 24 hours prior to game time using this link.
All former student-athletes, coaches, managers, and trainers of UT Arlington sports are valued as Athletic Alumni. While there is no charge for being involved with the Athletic Alumni organization, we do encourage our alumni to support our current student-athletes by joining the Maverick Club. Athletic Alumni also have access to our alumni database so you can connect with past teammates, coaches, etc.Â
