• Qualified for indoor nationals in the pole vault as a junior.
• Placed second in the regional competition (14-0) to become a Class 5A state qualifier.
• Was district champion each of his last two prep seasons.
• Has a personal-best mark of 15-7 in the 2012 district meet to set a district record.
