Chloe Hatfield joined UT Arlington Athletics as Assistant Athletic Director for Creative Services in August of 2025, bringing a strong background in visual storytelling, brand development, and content creation within Division I athletics.
In her role, Hatfield oversees the department's creative strategy and content production, leading efforts to elevate the Maverick brand through photography, videography, graphic design, and digital storytelling. She works closely with coaches, student-athletes and external partners to create engaging content that enhances fan engagement, recruiting efforts and the overall student-athlete experience.
Prior to joining UTA, Hatfield served as Assistant Director of Creative Content for the University of Pittsburgh Women's Basketball program from 2023-25. At Pitt, she produced photo, video and graphic content for social media, recruiting and in-venue needs while helping showcase the student-athlete experience. She collaborated extensively with coaches and staff on recruiting initiatives, traveled with the team to capture content and assisted with the planning and execution of the program's social media strategy.
Before Pittsburgh, Hatfield spent five years with Oklahoma State Athletics in a variety of creative services roles. She worked with Cowgirl Basketball from 2018-22, creating content for social media and in-venue use while traveling with the team to document competition and student-athlete stories. She later supported Cowgirl Golf and Cowboy Wrestling, producing multimedia content, recruiting materials and brand-focused storytelling initiatives for both programs.
A native of Round Rock, Texas, Hatfield earned her bachelor's degree in Sports Media from Oklahoma State University in 2023. During her time in Stillwater, she was recognized as Oklahoma State Athletics' first-ever creative intern and gained experience photographing and producing content for NCAA Championship events, conference media days and professional sporting events.
