STILLWATER, Okla. -

Junior Jody Broccoli-Hickey (The Woodlands, Texas) posted his third top-30 finish of the season with a season-best time of 26-minutes, 03-seconds over 8,000-meters at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree here Saturday.

Sophomore Idilio Campos' (Mission, Texas) time of 26:44 was good enough for 56th in the field.

The rest of the squad included: Ivan Pinal (27:49/101st), Ozie Hood (29:26 (133rd), Zack Davis (30:25/135th), Dustin Poe (31:28/137th) and Jeff Raines (31:42/138th).

As a team, UT Arlington finished 18th of 21 teams in the competition with 455 points.

Defending national champion, Arkansas, won the meet with 40 points. Division II-power Abilene Christian (64), Oklahoma State (80), Colorado School of the Mines (155) and Tulsa (158) rounded out the top-five teams.

The Mavericks return to action for their final tune-up before the Southland Conference Championships, Oct. 27 in Nacogdoches, Texas, when they travel to Fayetteville, Ark., for the Chili Pepper Invitational on Oct. 14.
