ARLINGTON, Texas - UT Arlington continues its road journey as the Mavericks travel north to take on Nebraska-Omaha on Friday. The game marks the fourth away game for the Mavs the season.

UTA is coming of its first victory of the season Tuesday after defeating the Houston Baptist Huskies 77-71 on the road.

The Omaha game marks the middle of a three-game road trip. The UTA Mavericks are at Fresno State on Sunday, Dec. 2 before heading home to face UTPA Tuesday, Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. in College Park Center.

This matchup with the Nebraska-Omaha Mavericks marks the first game of the season against a Summit League Opponent for UT Arlington.

UT Arlington is led in scoring by Malaika Green at 12.6 points per game, while Kelsey Willson averages 9.0 a game after scoring a 14 against Houston Baptist.

Nebraska-Omaha is 4-1 after defeating Southwest Minnesota State 63-37 on Nov. 25.

Nebraska-Omaha leads the series 2-0 all-time, inclouding a 60-52 win in Arlington last season at Texas Hall.
