ARLINGTON --- Following a stint at Arkansas State, Colin Snyder has joined the UT Arlington women's basketball staff as the program's strength and conditioning coach.
Snyder served an assistant director of athletics performance at Arkansas State where he was responsible for women's basketball, baseball and women's golf from this past September through his appointment at UTA.
Snyder was previously an assistant sports performance coach at Louisiana Tech where he was responsible for softball and track & field. He also served as a graduate assistant for athletic performance at Northwestern College assisting with football and leading men's basketball, track & field, and golf from 2020-22. His previous internships include time at Elon University working with football/basketball and the University of Kentucky working with football.
A Larchwood, Iowa native, Snyder received his bachelor's in exercise science with a career concentration in strength & conditioning from Northwestern College in 2020 and a master's in applied exercise science from Concordia University Chicago in 2022.
Snyder is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
