BEAUMONT, Texas – The UT Arlington women's basketball team is prepped for a six game road swing that begins with the Cardinals of Lamar on Sunday, Nov. 16, inside the Neches Federal Credit Union Arena at the Montagne Center for a 2 p.m. CT tipoff.

SERIES HISTORY
This will be the 44th meeting all-time between the two programs with the Lady Mavs holding the edge in the series, 24-19. The former Southland Conference foes will meet for the third time in the 2020s, with the Lady Mavs dropping the last meeting back in 2023. The first ever matchup in the all-time series came back in February 1975.

NO LIMIT VETERAN
Senior point guard Nya Threatt is coming into her newfound role as the leader of the team as the most experienced player on the team with 61 starts under her belt. She is coming off a career night where she dropped a new career vest 21 points in front of a homecoming crowd inside the CPC. She currently sits second on the Lady Mavs averaging 10.3 points per game to go along with 10 assists and five steals in three games for the point guard.

WE GOT SHOOTERS

Despite the amount, the Lady Mavs sit second in the league in three-point percentage, converting 43.8-percent of their attempts, coming in ranked ninth in the NCAA.

The Lady Mavs on two occasions last season hit nine, once against Wiley and the other time coming on the road at Utah Tech.

STILL THROWING A BLOCK PARTY

Freshman Kira Reynolds leads the charge for the Lady Mavs, coming in with 13 total blocks for an average of 3.25 blocks per game.
