Three Mavericks Earn WAC Postseason Honors

ARLINGTON, TX – Three Mavericks received recognition as the Western Athletic Conference announced its postseason awards on Wednesday. Senior Jalie Tritt was named All-WAC Second Team, while freshmen Sophia Krichev and Camryn McMinn earned spots on the All-WAC Freshman Team. Samantha Glenn was a part of the Receiving Votes squad.
 
Tritt secured a spot on the All-WAC Second Team after a standout senior campaign. Entering the conference tournament, the Little Rock, Ark., native has recorded 300 kills this season along with 14 assists, 28 service aces, 189 digs and 34 total blocks (six solo, 28 assist). The outside hitter has totaled 348 points in 2025.
 
Across her Maverick career, Tritt has accumulated 738 kills, 35 assists, 42 service aces, 476 digs, 113 total blocks and 848 total points, cementing her place as a key contributor in UTA's attack throughout her four seasons.
 
Krichev delivered an impressive debut season, coming into the conference championship with 161 kills, 15 digs and 68 total blocks (16 solo, 52 assist). The Huntsville, Ala., native totaled 205 points, proving to be an impressive middle in her first collegiate campaign.
 
McMinn, an outside hitter from Pelham, Ala., was equally impactful, posting 178 kills, 73 digs and 17 total blocks (four solo, 13 assist). She closed the regular season with 189.5 points, establishing herself as a versatile offensive player and steady presence in the back row.

Glenn, the junior libero from Grapevine, Texas, received votes after a solid regular season, posting 422 digs and earning WAC Libero of the Week honors four times this year.
