LUBBOCK, Texas – The UT Arlington women's golf team is on the hunt for its second top three finish of the fall campaign as the Mavericks will compete in the Texas Tech's two-day Red Raider Invitational beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 23 from The Rawls Course.
UTA is coming off the first fall tournament a few weeks ago where they posted a third place overall finish at the Jayhawk Invitational to kick off the 2025 fall campaign. As a team, the Mavs finished the tournament with the third most birdies, knocking down 30 of them.

INSIDE THE LINEUP
Tarini Bhoga
- Bhoga paced UTA's lineup in their first fall tournament, finishing sixth overall after turning in rounds of 71-76-75. It was the sophomore's best collegiate finish of her career so far.
Chandler Browning
- Finished tied for 34th at the Jayhawk Invitational, shooting up six spots on the final day. Browning turned in rounds of 83-80-76.
Salome Arango
- Arango finished tied for 27th at the Jayhawk Invitational behind rounds of 84-74-77. Knocked 10 strokes off her score in the second round which was her best round of the tournament.
Kamri Gabel
- Gabel is coming off a top 20 finish at the Jayhawk Invitational, where she finished 16th overall behind rounds of 77-76-75.
Carmen Gonzalez Lo A Njoe
- Gonzalez Lo A Njoe is making her 2025 fall season debut at the Red Raider Invitational.
NEXT UP
UTA will return to action in October when they head to Las Cruces, New Mexico to participate in the Golf Iconic Classic hosted by New Mexico State from the New Mexico State GC starting on Monday, Oct. 13, and wraps up on Wednesday, Oct. 15.
