ARLINGTON, Texas -- UT Arlington's
Alexis Cain and
Eliza Lemberga each earned Western Athletic Conference weekly honors following strong performances at the 44 Farms Invitational and Baylor Invitational.
Lemberga competed at the 44 Farms Invitational, hosted by Texas A&M, where the junior placed sixth in the heptathlon with a personal-best 5,493 points. Her performance ranks No. 2 all-time in program history in the event.
Cain competed at the Baylor Invitational, where the junior finished third in the women's 400m with a time of 53.61. She also recorded a personal-best 23.46 in the women's 200m.
