Biography
Michael competed in two tournaments for the Mavericks in 2007-08, playing fifth at The Wrangler with a score of 73-81=154...one of the team[apos]s best putters, Mullin will challenge for a spot in UT Arlington[apos]s Top-five in Fall 2008.
SUMMER 2007
Qualified for 98th Texas State Amateur... finished 53rd in the field (79-72-82-78=311).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2006-07)
Posted 75th-place finish at the Wolf Pack Classic.
SUMMER 2006
Shot a 77-72=149 to advance to the match play round of the Cotton States Invitational... lost in the first round to Andrew Dresser of Texas Tech 1-up... finished the summer with a 75.75 stroke average... also participated in the CPT-Austin, Texas State Amateur and the U.S. Amateur qualifier.
AS A FRESHMAN (2005-06)
Appeared in one event as an individual... tied for 97th at the Squire Creek Invitational (87-70-86=243).
PRIOR TO UTA
All-District 16-5A from 2003-05 at Austin Westlake High School... earned all-Region II-5A as a sophomore and junior and was third-team all-state as a junior in 2004.
