Megan Low joins the UT Arlington softball staff after spending one season as the head coach at Ranger College.
While at Ranger, Low was responsible for all aspects of the softball program, including creating game plans, maintaining operating budge, schedule travel plans, maintaining the field, assisting student-athletes with class schedules and recruiting. In her one season with Ranger, she led two players to All-Conference selections.
Prior to Ranger, Low was a Graduate Student Manager at Texas A&M for two seasons. She was also a camp coach and supervisor at the Texas A&M Softball camp for two seasons, coaching the 8u-16u teams.
Low excelled as a player at UTSA, getting named 1st Team All-Conferece (SLC & C-USA) twice, while being named to the NFCA All-South Region 2nd Team. She also finished as the 2015 Conference USA Scholar Athlete of the Year and was a three-time Academic All-Conference selection. Upon graduation she became the first UTSA player to be drafted into the National Pro Fastpitch, joining the Akron Racers for a year. Low returned to school in 2015, graduated with a Masters of Science in Sport Management from Texas A&M.
