University of Texas Arlington Athletics

Jared Boyd joined the UT Arlington staff as the team's Director of Operations in June of 2018. Boyd joined the program having recently served as a Graduate Intern for the team in recent years.

In his role, Boyd manages day-to-day administrative responsibilities, scheduling of practices and workouts, arranging team travel, coordinating scouting and film preparation and overseeing the student managers.

Boyd graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from West Texas A&M in 2012 where he served as a student assistant for Gerlich. He graduated from Texas Tech in 2015 with a Masters Degree in Sports Management.

"I am beyond thrilled to get my coaching career started at such an amazing University, and along side one of the best coaching staffs I've ever been around," Boyd said. "Arlington is a great city, and I couldn't be happier to be a part of Lady Mavs basketball."
