Former UTA setter Claire Schwettman is in her second year as a student manager with the volleyball program. 

Schwettman opened her career in 2016 as a setter out of Arlington Martin High School. She played in 24 matches before suffering a career-ending injury. Schwettman notched 2.08 assists per set and 1.88 digs per set. She added 15 service aces. Schwettman served as a student manager during the 2017 season under Coach J.T. Wenger.
