National Anthem Performer Interest Form
Mavericks Fans - If you are interested in performing the National Anthem at UTA sporting events, please fill out the form below with your name, email, phone number and a video of your rendition of the National Anthem (signing or playing) at performance volume. Performances at our events must be under 2 minutes.
Accepted performers will be added to our roster and contacted via email with sport schedules to assess availability. Please email any questions to tyler.iverson@uta.edu.
