The men's and women's basketball games between UTSA and Texas-Arlington originally scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 18, have been rescheduled for early next week, officials from both schools announced Friday.

The men's game will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 22, at the Convocation Center in San Antonio. The women's game will be at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 23, at Texas Hall in Arlington. Tickets for Thursday's men's game will be honored for Monday's game at the Convocation Center.

Inclement weather in both the Arlington and San Antonio areas earlier this week forced the postponement of Thursday's games.

UT Arlington meets Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Saturday in Southland Conference play. The men will host the Islanders at Texas Hall. TAMU-CC (13-4, 4-0) is on a school-record seven-game winning streak after a 90-42 win against Texas State Thursday. The UT Arlington women travel to Corpus Christi for their game at the American Bank Center. Both games tip off at 7 p.m.
