Arlington, Texas - The UT Arlington men's tennis team wrapped up tennis action at the HEB Baylor Invitational following Mindaugas Celedinas and Lucas Leppin loss in the doubles semifinals Saturday evening.

Celedinas and Leppin opened the morning off with an 8-3 win over Southland Conference foes Ricardo Hopker and Abdel Riani of UTPA, advancing them to the semifinals. The duo fought hard but narrowly lost to TCU's Soren Goritzka and Cameron Nash, 8-5.

Jason Lateko dropped a hard-fought three-set decision in the third round of the consolation bracket to Alex Lineberry of Air Force, by scores of 6-4, 1-6 and 10-4. Giacomo Sano dropped a hard-fought 3-6, 6-4 and 10-4 decision to Abdel Riani of UTPA.

The Mavericks open the month of October in Tulsa, OK where they will compete at the ITA All-American Championships. The tournament is scheduled to begin October 2-10.
