ARLIINTON, Texas - Due to expected rain in the area, the Southland Conference doubleheader against Nicholls State scheduled for Monday at noon has been cancelled.

The Mavericks return to action Friday for thier first conference game of the season. UTA will host the Corpus Christi Islanders Friday at 6 p.m and Saturday at 2 p.m.
