MONROE, La. – The UT Arlington volleyball team swept a road doubleheader over ULM on Friday (Oct. 23). The Mavs took down the Warhawks 3-1 (25-15, 20-25, 25-22, 25-16) in match one of the day, before sweeping the nightcap of the doubleheader 3-0 (28-26, 25-14, 25-17).
The sweep extended UTA's winning streak over ULM to 11 and also pushed the Mavs to 7-1 on the season (7-1 SBC), while ULM falls to 1-14 overall and 0-10 in league play.
The Mavericks and Warhawks will battle in series finale on Saturday afternoon (Oct. 24) at 1:00 p.m.

Briana Brown led the way with a team-high 13 kills and nine digs.
Simara Peyton finished with career-highs in kills (12) and hitting percentage (.435), while
Brooke Townsend added 10 kills and five digs. Townsend's 10 kills pushed her double digit kills streak to seven matches.
Devon Martinka registered nine kills and a pair of blocks, while reigning two-time Defensive Player of the Week
Alli Wells racked up 21 digs.
Mollie Blank recorded her fourth double-double of the season with 16 assists and 10 digs and
Kylee Kapp tallied a match-high 21 assists.
Haley Coulter led ULM with 12 kills and 17 digs.
The Mavs outhit the Warhawks .231-.098, holding ULM below a .100 hitting percentage on two occasions (1st set -.068, 4th set .081).
