MONROE, La. – The UT Arlington volleyball team picked up a 3-0 (27-25, 25-22, 25-14) win at ULM on Saturday (Oct. 24) to secure the series sweep of the Warhawks.
The sweep extended UTA's winning streak over ULM to 12 and moved the Mavs to 8-1 on the season (8-1 SBC), while the Warhawks fell to 1-15 overall and 0-11 in league play.
UTA will be back in action next weekend (Oct. 30-31) when they host Texas State (14-1, 7-0 SBC) in a two-day, two-match series at College Park Center. First serve for the series opener on Friday, Oct. 30 is set for 6 p.m., followed by the series finale on Saturday, Oct. 31 (1 p.m.).

Brooke Townsend led the way with a match-high 15 kills (.379 hitting percentage) to go with nine digs and a pair of blocks.
Brianna Ford registered a double-double with 14 kills and 11 digs, while classmate
Briana Brown chipped in with 13 kills and a .423 hitting percentage.
Mollie Blank nearly notched a double-double with 28 assists and eight digs, while
Alli Wells finished with a match-high 21 digs.
Haley Coulter led ULM with 10 kills and 10 digs.
The Mavs outhit the Warhawks .283-.114, holding ULM below a .100 hitting percentage in two of the three sets (1st set: .021, 3rd set: .086).
