ARLINGTON - The UT Arlington women's basketball program will pause all team activities after a member of the program's Tier 1 personnel tested positive for COVID-19. Tier 1 members include student-athletes, coaches, team managers and support staff.
 
The Lady Mavericks' next two home games versus Midwestern State (Nov. 29) and Rice (Dec. 2) at College Park Center have been canceled. All team activities will remain on hold until it is deemed safe to return by medical professionals. 
 
UTA was notified of the positive result within the program's Tier 1 personnel following yesterday's game against Texas A&M-Commerce.

Any other adjustments to the team's non-conference schedule will be released at a later date.
