WAC 2024-25 Basketball Preview Days Set For October 15-16 On ESPN+

ARLINGTON, Texas - The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) will host its 2024-25 Basketball Preview Days on Tuesday, Oct. 15 and Wednesday, Oct. 16, live on ESPN+.

Coverage of the 2024-25 WAC Men's Basketball Preview Day is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. CT on Oct. 15 on ESPN+, with UTA's segment with head coach KT Turner, and guards Brandyn Talbot and Kade Douglas at 1:30 p.m. CT. The WAC Women's Basketball Preview Day is slated to kick off on Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. CT on ESPN+, with UTA's segment with head coach Shereka Wright and forward Avery Brittingham at 11 a.m. CT.
 
WAC Director of Digital Communications Kendra Sheehan will host the two-day preview show that will feature each of the nine WAC basketball member head coaches and select student-athletes. WAC men's basketball programs will be highlighted on Oct. 15, with WAC women's basketball programs featured on Oct. 16. CBS Sports and ESPN college basketball analyst Mike O'Donnell will serve as co-host on day one, and Dallas Wings assistant coach Brandi Poole will take over co-hosting duties on day two.
 
WAC Commissioner Brian Thornton and WAC Associate Commissioner for Basketball Drew Speraw are scheduled as special guests for each day to provide insight on the upcoming WAC basketball seasons. Additional special guests expected to appear include college basketball analyst and founder of Field of 68 Jeff Goodman discussing the NCAA men's basketball landscape on Oct. 15, and college basketball analyst Kelly Burke previewing NCAA women's basketball on Oct. 16.
