CEDAR CITY, UTAH –The UT Arlington volleyball team (25-2,15-0 WAC) continued to remain unbeaten in conference play with a 3-1 victory (25-21, 24-26, 25-14, 25-12) over the Southern Utah Thunderbirds (10-16, 6-9 WAC) this Thursday at the America First Events Center.
The Mavs had a balanced attack led by
Sjakkie Donkers and
Brianna Ford. Donkers, a native of the Netherlands put together 14 kills while Ford had 13. Reagor poured in seven kills and led the tea, in total blocks with five on the night.
Mollie Blank attributed 37 assists in the win while picking up seven digs and five kills.
Evyn Snook played for three sets and racked in six kills and two digs.
Samantha Glenn led the team in digs with 12 on the veining and also pitched in three assists.
Sophie Ocampo, a native of Humble, Texas, put together a solid match with six kills, two total blocks and an assist.
Alyssa Duran came off the bench and provided two service aces.

"Proud of the team effort tonight," said head coach
J.T. Wenger. "We served and passed well which provided many opportunities to score points. We weathered the storm and came back with very clean volleyball to seal the win."

The Mavs conclude the 2024 regular season with a matchup on Saturday Nov. 16 against the Utah Tech Trailblazers (15-10, 9-6 WAC) at 11 a.m. CT. in St. George, Utah.
