ARLINGTON – The UT Arlington softball team dropped its final game of the four-day Maverick Invitational to Boise State as the Mavs fell 6-0 Monday from Allan Saxe Field.
UTA will look ahead to its third preseason tournament of the season after finishing with a 1-3 record over the weekend. Now, the Mavericks are 3-7 overall.

Adams faced 14 Broncos while limiting their offense to one earned run and three hits.
It was ultimately UTA's bats that suffered as Boise State out-hit the Mavs 7-3.
ON DECK
UTA will head to Fayetteville, Arkansas to compete in the Razorback Invitational beginning Friday, Feb. 23 through Sunday, Feb. 25 where the Mavs will face Illinois State, Wichita State and the host, No. 13 Arkansas.
