THOUGHTS FROM COACH
"Very proud of the way we finished the game," said head coach J.T. Wenger. "It was a very back and forth game against a good team. The way our team came together at the end was special, and a win like this will go a long way throughout the season when we have our backs against the wall. Great win, and I'm looking forward to the rest of the UTA Classic."

NEXT UP
The Mavericks are right back on the court inside the College Park Center tomorrow at 6 p.m. for a matchup against the McNeese Cowgirls. Before the match, UL-Monroe and Santa Clara will play at 3 p.m.
