PHOENIX - The UT Arlington women's golf team prepares for the Western Athletic Conference Championship that is scheduled to begin on Monday, Apr.14 from Wigwam Golf Course.
UTA is coming off SMU's Veritex Bank Collegiate last week where the Mavs placed 11th. Back at ULM's event (Mar. 31-Apr. 1), the Mavericks had six rounds of par or better as
Nitisha Manikandesh,
Tarini Bhoga and
Kamri Gabel all collected two each.
There, Manikandesh tabbed her best career finish of T-6 after logging 71-70-74. The junior is the current leader in scoring average among the UTA roster as she looks to carry her momentum heading into this week.
