MONROE, La. – UT Arlington women's golf is readying for its final tournament of the regular season and its first in two weeks. The Mavericks join a 15-team field for the ULM Invitational, hosted by UL Monroe. 

UTA is coming off a 13th-place finish at the Magnolia Collegiate, posting scores of 311-316-313 across all three rounds which was good for a 76-over-par 940.

The Mavericks made one lineup change from the Magnolia Collegiate. Nirjara Gulhane returns to the lineup, subbing in for Carmen Gonzalez Lo-A-Njoe.

INSIDE THE LINEUP
Nitisha Manikandesh

• Manikandesh posted the lowest score of any Maverick in the final round of the Magnolia Collegiate with a 4-over 76. The senior also birdied a team-high three holes in the third round. Manikandesh finished tied for 61st at the tournament overall.

Tarini Bhoga

• Bhoga was one of three UTA players to birdie a hole in the final round of the Magnolia Collegiate. The sophomore also carded the most pars of any Maverick in the first two rounds of the tournament with 11 in the first round and 12 in the second. Bhoga also finished tied for 61st with a 24-over 240.

Chandler Browning

• Wrapping up as the Mavericks second-best finisher at the Magnolia Collegiate, Browning placed in a tie for 45th place with a 20-over 236. The redshirt senior shot a 6-over 78 in the opening and final rounds.

Kamri Gabel

• UTA's top finisher at the Magnolia Collegiate was Gabel, whose 11-over 227 was good enough for a tie in 14th place. The senior stormed out of the gates, going into the clubhouse at 3-over and in a tie for the lead after day one. Gabel's tournament was highlighted by a 1-over 73 first round that featured four birdies.

Nirjara Gulhane

• Gulhane is back in the lineup for the first time since the Riverbend Intercollegiate that took place on March 9 and March 10. The junior was tied for 76th with a 245 overall at the tournament. Gulhane's best round at the Intercollegiate was a 78 in the second.
