Forging a New Era: UTA Athletics Announces Multi-Year Partnership with Adidas

ARLINGTON, Texas – University of Texas, Arlington (UTA) Athletics and adidas have announced a multi-year partnership with BSN SPORTS as the exclusive supplier of official adidas uniforms, apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment of the Mavericks. The agreement takes effect on July 1.

"This is a transformative moment for UTA Athletics," said Jon Fagg, UTA Director of Intercollegiate Athletics. "adidas is one of the most respected brands in the world, and its core values—courage, ownership, innovation, teamplay, integrity, and respect—closely reflect our own. At a pivotal time in collegiate athletics, this partnership positions us to redefine the student-athlete experience and elevate UTA Athletics to new heights."

The partnership will provide Mavericks student-athletes and coaches with access to elite performance products, expanded brand visibility and enhanced program support while aligning UTA with one of the world's most recognizable athletic brands.
 
adidas' partnership with UTA and it 16 Division I sports and more than 250 student-athletes, marks another chapter in the company's ongoing investment in college athletics, empowered by the belief that sport has the power to change lives. All eligible UTA student-athletes will be able to join the brand's historic NIL Ambassador Network, which gives all student-athletes at adidas-partnered Division I schools the chance to benefit from their Name, Image and Likeness. 
 
BSN SPORTS, a premier distributor serving more than 1,100 collegiate programs, will manage the logistics and supply chain for UTA's athletic programs, ensuring the Mavericks remain at the forefront of sports innovation and style through timely access and delivery behind every order.

The UT Arlington-adidas-BSN SPORTS partnership brings together three organizations synonymous with excellence, high performance and innovation.

UTA teams have amassed more than 100 conference championships and have made over 80 team appearances in NCAA Tournaments. Nearly 175 Mavs have been named All-Americans, UTA athletes have won three national championships, and the department has had representation at 11 of the last 14 Olympic Games, winning three gold medals and a silver.
