ARLINGTON, Texas – UT Arlington Women's Golf announced its full-season schedule on Friday. The Mavericks are set to compete in four tournaments in the fall before taking part in seven tournaments as part of their spring slate.
UTA opens the season with the 2026 Lady Clerico hosted by Oral Roberts. The tournament will run Sept. 14-15 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
The Mavericks wrap up their fall slew of tournaments with a trio of return trips to events they competed at in 2025. UTA first makes a Sept. 22-23 trip back to the Rawls Course in Lubbock for the 2026 Red Raider Invitational where they finished ninth in 2025.
October brings the final two tournaments of the fall for UTA, first with the Golf Iconic Classic hosted by New Mexico State running from Oct. 12-14 at NMSU Golf Course in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Mavericks placed 13th in a field of 19 at the tournament this past season.
Rounding out the fall is a return to the Diamante Intercollegiate hosted by the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The event runs Oct. 18-20 at Diamante Country Club in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. The Mavericks placed 13th at the event in 2025.
Kicking off the spring is the 2027 Battle at Bentwater hosted by Sam Houston State. The tournament is being held Feb. 1-2 at the Bentwater Yacht and Country Club - Weisskopf Course in Montgomery, Texas.
UTA caps off its February a week later at the Golf Club of Houston - Member Invitational hosted by University of Houston. The one-day, 36-hole tournament takes place on Feb. 8 at the Golf Club of Houston - Member Course.
March is slated to have four tournaments on the docket for the Mavericks. UTA kicks off the month with a pair of familiar tournaments in the 2027 West Texas Classic hosted by Abilene Christian and the 2027 Riverbend Intercollegiate hosted by Houston Christian.
The West Texas Classic takes place from March 1-2 at Abilene Country Club. UTA finished sixth out of a field of 16 in the 2026 iteration of the tournament. The Riverbend Intercollegiate runs March 8-9 and again takes place at Riverbend Country Club in Sugar Land. The Mavericks placed seventh at the event this past season.
UTA's penultimate tournament of the regular season is the 2027 More Than Golf Invitational hosted by the Annika Foundation. The event will take place March 20-22 at Brookhaven Country Club in Farmers Branch.
For the second year in a row, the Mavericks will wrap up the regular season at the ULM Invitational. The 2027 edition will run March 29-30 at Bayou Desiard Country Club in Monroe, Louisiana.
The United Athletic Conference Championship is the final event on the ledger. The conference tournament will be held April 23-25 at 1876 Country Club in Celina.
