ARLINGTON, Texas – UTA Athletics has launched "Dining with Donors," a new video series highlighting the individuals whose generosity and support continue to shape the future of Maverick Athletics.

The first episode features Mike Farhat, a 1972 graduate of UTA's College of Business and former Maverick football student-athlete.

Farhat has been a key supporter of UTA Athletics during a period of unprecedented fundraising success. The department has recorded three consecutive years of fundraising records, with donor support helping fuel investments in student-athlete resources, facilities and competitive excellence.

An Arlington native, Farhat has remained closely connected to the university and the athletic department. In addition to his philanthropic contributions, he has played an active role in strengthening relationships between UTA Athletics and the Arlington community.

The premiere episode was filmed at J. Gilligan's Bar & Grill, a longtime Arlington landmark, and provides an opportunity for fans and supporters to learn more about Farhat's connection to UTA and his passion for Maverick Athletics.
