Josh Feldman was named general manager for Maverick Sports Properties on April 15 by UT Arlington Athletics and its multimedia rightsholder, Learfield IMG College.
Feldman joined the UTA family from Bakersfield, Calif., where he was general manager for Learfield IMG College’s Roadrunner Sports Properties on-campus team. Concurrently, Feldman now manages Maverick Sports Properties, which is dedicated to representing the comprehensive UT Arlington Athletics’ rights relationship and corporate partner program.
He works closely with Director of Athletics Jim Baker and the entire athletics administration as well.
Before his role with CSU Bakersfield, Feldman worked 13 seasons in professional baseball. Prior positions held include serving as director of production and partnership services for the Class A Greensboro Grasshoppers (N.C.) and as director of communications and broadcaster for the Class A Kannapolis Intimidators (N.C.).
