Noah Frederick, a native of Breaux Bridge Louisiana, joined the Strength and Conditioning Department as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach in January of 2026.
He spent this last year as the Associate Director of Athletic Performance at Lubbock Christian University. While at LCU, Frederick worked with the baseball, softball and men’s/women’s soccer programs.
Frederick started his coaching career as a graduate assistant for Northwestern State University of Louisiana. After a year in Natchitoches, he was elevated to a part-time assistant coaching position with the Demons. During his time at NSU, he worked with baseball, volleyball, women’ soccer and assisted with the football program. Frederickgraduated with his Master’s in sports administration from NSU in December of 2024.
He graduated with a bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May 2023. At UL, he interned with a multitude of different sports.
Frederick holds a CSCS certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
