University of Texas Arlington Athletics

Seth Grazier joins UTA Athletics as Assistant Director for Facilities & Event Management in May of 2026 after serving as a graduate assistant at Tarleton State University since August of 2025. 

Grazier brings dynamic and results-driven experience with proven expertise in event coordination and facility management. He helped ensure seamless game day operations and is skilled in team collaboration and safety compliance while consistently enhancing the athletic experience through effective preparation and maintenance of facilities. 

During his time as a graduate assistant with Tarleton State, Grazier was the game administrator for women's soccer, men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, and women's volleyball. 

A native of Stephenville, Texas, Grazier earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Psychology and earned a Master of Science in Sports Administration (Kinesiology) from Tarleton State University.
