Tara Griffiths joined the UTA Strength and Conditioning department as a Graduate Assistant in August 2022. Prior to joining the UTA staff, Griffiths was an intern with Duke University Olympic Sport Performance.

Griffiths graduated from Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. During her time at IC, she was a coxswain for the men’s rowing team and the women’s rugby team.
