ARLINGTON, Texas - UT Arlington plays its final spring exhibition match today at North Texas with a 4 p.m. first serve at the Mean Green Volleyball Center in Denton. Admission to the event is free.

The Mavericks, who return 11 of 12 players for next season, wraps up their spring schedule with a five-set match against the Mean Green.

UT Arlington last played at North Texas in the season-opening tournament in 2008 where they defeated North Texas in five sets in the tournament finale.

It will be the second time the Mavericks and Mean Green have faced off this spring season with North Texas taking on UTA in its home spring tournament, March 27 in Arlington.

The Mavericks have battled top flight competition this spring with opponents including Texas, Florida State, Oklahoma, Houston, Louisiana Tech, Kansas and North Texas.
