Arlington, Texas - The UT Arlington women's track program was one of 151 institutions to be named to the USTFCCCA Division I All-Academic Track and Field teams. More than 20 student-athletes on the women's team registered a GPA above 3.0 while the team combined for a 3.16 overall GPA through the winter 2010 term.

Megan Turner and Brittany Culbertson were also recognized by the USTFCCCA, as both were selected to the 2010 USTFCCCA All-Academic Track and Field Team last week.

Turner finished the season with a 3.42 GPA in finance while Culbertson wrapped up her junior year with a 3.88 GPA in kinesiology.

In order to receive the distinction, an institution must have a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or better.
