WACO, Tex. - Lionel Mungwari and Marniqua Thompson set personal-best marks at the Michael Johnson Classic at Baylor University on Saturday.

Mungwari set a personal best with a long jump of 7.60 meters, finishing fourth. Brandon Waller also turned in a personal best of 7.33 to place eighth.

Mungwari also won the afternoon 200m heat with a time of 21.22.

Marniqua Thompson set a personal best by jumping 1.75 meters in the high jump. She finished sixth in the event.

The women's 4x100m relay team set a season-best time of 46.09 to finish sixth.

Casey Keeter placed fourth in the shot put with a throw of 17.72 meters. Branko Petrovic finished a couple spots back with a throw of 17.27 meters.

DeAndrea Smith finished fifth in the 400m with a time of 55.01.

Jeff Rodriguez tied for third in the pole vault with a mark of 5.05 meters.

Sammy Nash set a season-best with a vault of 3.50 meters.
