#UTATop10 - No. 10: Mavs beat UL on ESPN2

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Kicking off the #UTATop10 moments from the 2014-15 athletic year, UT Arlington basketball enter at No. 10 after rallying from a double-digit deficit on national TV at defending Sun Belt champion Louisiana on Feb. 7.

Having lost its previous two games after leading by double digits, UTA completed a comeback in the second half after trailing by as many as 11 in the first. The 84-69 win on ESPN 2 secured UT Arlington coach Scott Cross his 150th career victory.

"It was a great win," UT Arlington coach Scott Cross said after the game. "I'm really proud of our guys for the way they played. They showed a lot of composure."

Sophomore Jorge Bilbao picked a great time for a career performance. Bilbao finished with a career-high 18 points, while grabbing seven rebounds and blocking two shots.

Bilbao didn't miss a shot, hitting all seven of his field-goal attempts. The Mavericks shot 50.9 percent, including 56.5 percent in the second half. UTA's 29 field goals were the team's second-most in conference play through its matchup with Louisiana.

The Mavericks would finished the season 16-15 and fifth in the Sun Belt.
