ARLINGTON, Texas - UT Arlington men's tennis announced it would be hosting the official NCAA Selection Show Watch Party at The Grease Monkey on Tuesday afternoon.
The show, beginning at 4:30 p.m. on NCAA.com, will announce the location for the first-round matchups of the tournament as well as regional hosting sites. The event is open to all Maverick fans, friends and family.
The Mavericks won their seventh conference tournament title and first since 2006 after claiming the Sun Belt Championship on Sunday. UTA defeated No. 4 Louisiana, No. 1 Georgia State and No. 2 South Alabama along its way to raising the trophy. The 18 wins the Mavs have accumulated are the most in program history.
As part of the celebration, The Grease Monkey is extending its lunch special for the event ($5.25 burger and fries) and will have drink specials all day.
