LAFAYETTE, La. -- UTA men's golf concluded Day 1 of the 32nd annual Louisiana Classics after a pair of rounds on Monday.

The Mavericks shot 14-over 612 to sit 15th in the 15-team field. No. 22 Kent State sits atop the leaderboard 15-under, followed by No. 14 LSU 9-under 567. The third and final round is set to begin at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Aaron Guanlao leads the Mavericks in the individual standings at a tie for 43rd. He's 7-over, followed by Will Dennis who shot 152 to sit in a tie for 48th. Senior Josh Radcliff shot 77's in both rounds for a tie for 59th. Zach Galliford registered a 156 and Sully Billingsley was one stroke behind him at 13-over.
