FORT WORTH, Texas – The UT Arlington baseball team will travel down the road to Metroplex foe Texas Christian to take on the Horned Frogs at 4 p.m. on Tuesday (March 3). Due to forecasted weather, the game time was moved up to 4:00 p.m. central time.

UTA NOTES
- The Mavericks have jumped out to early leads more often than not this season. Through the first four innings, UTA is outscoring their opponents 34-11.
- The senior middle infield has made very few mistakes this season. Josh Minjarez and Zac Cook have combined for 13 double plays this year - the 7th most in the NCAA.
- Utility Wyatt Divis has come on strong on the mound in the early going of 2020. Through 8 innings, Divis has yet to give up a run.
- This will be the third straight Tuesday game that the Mavericks will take on a Top 25 opponent. UTA is 1-1 in those games, losing the first game against DBU (23) 4-0 before beating the Patriots (18) a week later 6-3.
- Connor Aube has a hit in every game he's played this season. Aube is on a 10-game hitting streak dating back to the SBC Tournament and has had a hit in 13 out of the last 14 games.

- The Horned Frogs are ranked as high as 18 in the Collegiate Baseball poll. They are also ranked No. 20 in the Perfect Game poll and No. 22 in both the Baseball American and D1Baseball.com poll.
- The Horned Frogs pitching staff has put them in great position to win early on. With an ERA of 1.93, TCU ranks No. 9 in the NCAA.
- TCU is ranked 21st in the NCAA in stolen bases. Through 11 games, the Horned Frogs have 23 stolen bags.
- Gray Rodgers, Hunter Wolfe, Gene Wood and Conner Shepherd are each batting over .300 on the season. Wood leads TCU with a .520 on-base percentage.

UTA will be back at Clay Gould Ballpark this weekend for a three-game series against UTSA starting at 6:30 p.m. on Friday (March 6).

SEASON TICKETS
Season tickets are available for baseball for $75, while softball is $25. All seating is general admission. Individual tickets for both baseball and softball will $6, except for the March 24 baseball contest against TCU, which will be $10. Children aged two and under, as well as UTA students with an ID, get in to all games for free.
