ARLINGTON, Texas – The UT Arlington baseball team (13-16, 4-5 WAC) returns to Clay Gould Ballpark for a midweek clash against the Cardinals of Lamar University (17-10, 3-3 SLC) on Tuesday, April 4, with a start time of 6:30 p.m.

- Tied for 51st in the NCAA and sit alone in first in the WAC in hit-by-pitch with 43. Wilson Galvan leads the way, being hit eight times for second in the conference.
- The Mavericks are ranked 94th in the country and fourth in the WAC in home runs with 32 on the season. Ben Lumsden is at the helm for UTA with 7 on the season.
- Gabriel Starks carries a team-best 2.52 earned run average, tops in the WAC and 64th best in the NCAA.
- The Mavericks have yet to be shutout on the season.
LAMAR NOTES
- Come into the game carrying a 17-10 overall record with a 1-4 record on the road.
- Lamar currently is ranked 156 in the most updated RPI rankings, falling four spots (152) from the previous week.
